Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a supply chain platform with our own GMP-certified production bases in Hong Kong (Tuen Mun), Yunfu (Guangdong, China) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) — three audited factories under one quality system, covering the full range of nutritional dosage forms.
Which certifications do your factories hold?
Hong Kong base: SGS-certified ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP. Yunfu base: ISO 22000, HACCP, ISO 9001, China food production licence (SC) and health food GMP qualification. Kuala Lumpur base: Halal, GMP and HACCP. Originals are available in our Certifications section.
Can I visit the factory before ordering?
Yes — factory audits and visits are welcome. Contact us and we will arrange the visit and, where travel is difficult, a live video walkthrough.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. We routinely sign non-disclosure agreements before receiving your formula, artwork or business information, and keep all customer data confidential.
MOQ, Sampling & Lead Times
What are your MOQs?
Reference MOQs: hard capsules and softgels 300,000 capsules; tablets 300,000 tablets; solid drinks and probiotic powders 100,000 sachets. Orders below MOQ are possible for most formats (minimum 100,000 units) with an adjusted unit cost, subject to evaluation.
How much does sampling cost and how long does it take?
Sampling is charged at material cost and is refundable or deductible from your bulk payment once the contract is signed. Timeline: around 1 week for standard products with materials in stock; 2–3 weeks for complex products or custom raw materials.
What is the production lead time?
First production run: 45 working days after packaging design is finalized, formula confirmed, contract signed and deposit paid. Reorders: 35 working days. These are theoretical lead times — most orders ship earlier.
Formulas & Compliance
Can you develop a custom formula for my market?
Yes. Five R&D platforms (Hong Kong, Guangdong ×2, Malaysia, Japan) and a Cornell University partnership support full-cycle development — from concept and formulation to functional validation — plus 200+ mature formulas ready for private label.
Do you help with regulatory registration?
Yes. We provide product registration, certification and compliance consulting, including China SC and health food licences, export documentation and Halal-certified production for OIC markets. Final market compliance remains a shared responsibility defined in your manufacturing agreement.
Do your probiotics really survive until consumption?
Our Guangdong workshop runs at ≤26% humidity (Hong Kong ≤30%), exposure is under 2 hours, lines are fully automated with minimal human contact, and LeffCul®/LeffMic® technologies protect viability through processing, excipients and storage.
Payment & Logistics
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (T/T) is standard; specific deposit and balance terms are defined in your manufacturing agreement.
Do you handle export documents and shipping?
Yes — full export documentation, freight booking and customs support are part of our turnkey service, covering domestic, export, import and offshore trade modes.
