1. Nature of Our Services
We provide nutritional health product OEM/ODM contract manufacturing and full supply chain services, including formula development, GMP production, packaging, regulatory documentation support and export logistics. All manufacturing is performed in our GMP-certified production bases in Hong Kong, Guangdong (China) and Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia).
2. Quotations and Orders
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise, and are subject to formula, packaging and raw material confirmation.
- Reference MOQs published on this website are indicative; binding quantities and prices are those stated in the signed manufacturing agreement.
- An order is formed only upon signing the manufacturing agreement and receipt of the agreed deposit.
3. Samples
Sampling fees are charged at material cost and are refundable or deductible from the bulk order payment upon signing the manufacturing agreement, as stated in your quotation.
4. Intellectual Property
- Formulas, artwork and trademarks supplied by you remain your property. We use them solely to fulfill your order.
- Formulas and product concepts developed by our R&D platforms for you are licensed to you per the manufacturing agreement; underlying platform technologies (e.g. LeffCul®, LeffMic®) remain ours.
- All website content (text, images, design) is owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.
- We routinely sign NDAs and keep customer formulas and business information confidential.
5. Quality and Regulatory Compliance
Products are manufactured according to the specifications agreed in your manufacturing agreement and the applicable food GMP standards of the production base. Market-specific product registration, labeling review and import compliance remain the responsibility of the buyer unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing; we provide documentation support as part of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the use of this website is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, unless otherwise agreed in a signed manufacturing agreement.
