Every inquiry submitted through our contact form is stored in our website database (visible only to authorized site administrators) together with: your name, company, email, target market, product type, estimated quantity, project stage, message, the product or category you inquired about, the submission time and the IP address of the submitter. This record exists so that your inquiry is never lost, even if the email notification fails to deliver.

Each inquiry triggers a notification email to our sales team via an encrypted SMTP channel. Whether that notification was successfully sent is logged with the inquiry record; if delivery fails we still retain your submission and will follow up using the contact details you provided.
